THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Sri. Y. Hariprasad, learned counsel for petitioner. Sri. V. Shivareddy, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondents.
2. Petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the parties, same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner contained in Annexure-F dated 13.11.2018.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation submitted by him by a speaking order within a time limit.
5. On the other hand, learned High Court Government Pleader submits that suitable action in accordance with law, shall be taken.
6. In view of the submission made and in the facts of the case, petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 13.11.2018 submitted by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today by a speaking order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly writ petition is disposed of.
