(a) quash the order passed by the MMTC-VI, Bangalore in Crl. Misc. No. 244/13 dated 12.12.2013 against the Petitioners No.1 and 2;
(b) quash the complaint filed by the Respondent No.1 in Crl. Misc. No. 244/13 in so far as these petitioners are concerned with any of the offences alleged thereto.
