Kumari Niharika D/o Sri.K.S.Deepak, Aged about 8 years, Being minor represented By her mother and natural guardian Smt. N.Shruthi Both the respondents are R/at House No.1548, 4th Main Road, 13th Cross, E & F Block, Ramakrishnanagara, Mysore-570023. … Respondents This RPFC filed under Section 19(4) of the Family Court Act 1984, against the judgment dated 20.02.2018 passed in C.Mis.No.243/2016 on the file of the I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court Mysuru, allowing the petition under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. for maintenance.
This petition coming on for orders this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 28.09.2018 submitting that the dispute between the parties has been settled and the petitioner has paid permanent alimony to the respondents. The first respondent has also got re-married with third person.
2. Under these circumstances, the matter before the Trial Court has been dismissed. As such, instant petition has become infructuous.
3. Considering the submission of the counsel, memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
