O R D E R When the matter was about to dismissed for non compliance of office objections, Sri. Gowda G.A.K, learned Advocate appearing for petitioners submitted that he would do needful during the course of the day. Hence, as sought for, matter was passed over.
Thereafter, matter has been called during the post lunch session. There is no representation on behalf of petitioners and office objections has not been complied with. This would clearly indicate that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition. Hence, petition stands dismissed for non compliance of office objections.
