No.7255/2011, which disclose that the said C.C. No.7255/2011 has been disposed of by the LVI ACMM, Bengaluru, vide order dated 26.10.2018.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly the petition is dismissed.
