This Criminal Petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Even on the last date of hearing, petitioner’s counsel remained absent.
Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 has filed a memo along with copy of the case details pertaining to C.C. No.7255/2011, which disclose that the said C.C. No.7255/2011 has been disposed of by the LVI ACMM, Bengaluru, vide order dated 26.10.2018.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly the petition is dismissed.
