ORDER The plea of the petitioner is for a writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 31.08.2015 vide Annexure ‘H’.
2. Since there is long lapse of time, it is just and appropriate that respondent No.2 be directed to consider the representation dated 31.08.2015 vide Annexure ‘H’. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed off. Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, subject to condition that, if the representation is made in accordance with law and all particulars are in order.
