ORDER This contempt petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 09.07.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.44582 of 2016, has been disobeyed.
2. In terms of the said order, the matter was remitted back to the respondents therein to consider the petitioner’s case after receipt of report of the Special Committee.
3. Counsel for the accused submits that since there is no time frame prescribed in the order, the same would be complied with, as expeditiously as possible.
4. The said submission is taken on record.
Proceedings are dropped.
