ORDER The impugned order being revisable, the writ petition is misconceived and accordingly, it is permitted to be withdrawn in terms of memo.
Registry to return the impugned order to the petitioner forthwith to enable him to file Civil Revision Petition.
It is needless to mention that the period spent in the prosecution of this writ petition shall be discounted while computing the period of limitation prescribed under law, for filing the Civil Revision Petition.
