THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Heard Sri.Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned AGA appearing for respondents-State. Perused the records.
2. Petitioner is seeking for considering the representations dated 23.01.2016 and 02.02.2018 (Annexures-A and B), whereunder petitioner has sought for revenue records, which was originally mutated to his name and his father, being continued in his name. Since proceedings initiated by Special Deputy Commissioner-first respondent under Section 136(3) of Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, doubting the grant has been dropped by directing the revenue authorities to continue to show the name of grantee/petitioner, necessary direction requires to be issued to the Jurisdictional Thasildar to consider the representation of Petitioner.
3. In the light of order passed by Deputy Commissioner dated 07.08.2012-Annexure-C, third respondent is hereby directed to implement the said order by considering the representation of petitioner dated 02.02.2018 – Annexure-B expeditiously and at any rate within three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
