DVN) AT CHINTHAMANI.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashing the order dated 4.2.2014 made in Execution Petition No.36/2005 on the file of the learned Principal Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.) at Chinthamani.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner files a memo dated 20.3.2019 to dismiss the writ petition as not pressed reserving liberty to the petitioner to urge the grounds taken in this petition in appropriate proceedings. The said memo is taken on record.
3. In view of the memo filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
