ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to consider the representations dated 05.05.2018, 15.05.2018, 11.05.2018 and 19.05.2018 contained in Annexures-E, F, G, H, J submitted by the petitioner and to take suitable action in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that suitable action on the representations submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
