SPP) This Criminal Petition is filed u/s.482 of Cr.P.C. praying to set aside the order dated 29.10.2013 and quash the entire proceedings initiated against the petitioners in No.MAG/CR-41/2013-14 on the file of the Taluk Executive Magistrate, Sringeri and allow the Crl.R.P. No.312/2013 order dated 07.01.2014 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chikmagalur.
This Criminal petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Perused the petition.
2. Petitioners have called in question the correctness and legality of the order passed by the Taluk Executive Magistrate under Section 111 of Cr.P.C. The said order is dated 29.10.2013, whereby the petitioners were asked to execute a bond for keeping peace. It is stated that the petitioners have not executed any bond instead challenged the said order before the Revisional Court.
Though the petitioners have suffered an adverse order before the Revisional Court, yet the order having spent itself, no further order is necessary in the instant petition.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
