In this petition, the petitioner, inter alia, has prayed for a direction to respondent No.2 to forthwith complete the investigation on the complaint dated 11.2.2015.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the police, after completion of the investigation, have filed ‘C’ Report and the amount which has been recovered during the course of investigation has been paid to the petitioner.
3. In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
