ORDER Appellant’s counsel has filed a memo stating that appellant wants to withdraw this appeal and he has sought liberty to prefer the appeal before the District Court, Hassan which has got jurisdiction over the matter.

3. Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the appellant to file the appeal before the District Court, Hassan. If appeal is filed within 30 days from today before the District Court, limitation is saved.
