ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 23.07.2018 for dismissal of petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
2. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, memo is placed on record. Petition is dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if permissible under law.
In view of the dismissal of main petition, I.A.No.1/2018 and I.A.No.2/2018 does not survive for consideration.
