O R D E R Mr. Dhananjay Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent.
2. In this writ petition, petitioner, inter alia, seeks direction to the Executing Court to decide the application (IA No.2) dated 29.09.2018 filed by the petitioner in Ex.P.No.52/2018 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Virajpete expeditiously by a speaking order.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executing Court to decide the aforesaid application filed by the petitioner by a speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties within a period of one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. This Court does not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
