Even on previous dates of hearing i.e., on 21.03.2019, 17.12.2018, 03.12.2018 and 28.11.2018, learned counsel for the petitioners remained absent, indicating that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the petition.
Learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1 submitted that after trial, accused Nos.1 to 4 are acquitted by the trial court by order dated 29.08.2015 in C.C.No.635/2011. Petitioners are accused Nos.1, 2 and 4 before this Court. In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition. Hence, petition is dismissed.
