Perusal of the record shows that in this matter the mediation process has failed long back.
Learned counsel for opposite party submits that because of the failure of mediation process in this matter, the counsel for the applicant is avoiding his appearance just to delay the matter.
List after two weeks with the observation that the counsel for the applicant must ensure his presence on the next date in the first round, otherwise the Court shall proceed to decide the matter on the basis of record in his absence. The case shall not be adjourned on the ground of absence of counsel or his illness slip.
