ORDER Sri T.P.Vivekananda, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
2. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondent No.1.
3. The petitioners seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 2.11.2016, vide Annexure-D.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent No.1 submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the submission made, the writ petitions are disposed off. The respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation dated 2.11.2016, vide Annexure-D and also the documents to be filed along with the representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The learned Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
