Learned High Court Government Pleader raised a preliminary objection that since the endorsement issued by the Superintendent of Police, Bengaluru is challenged in the present writ petition, the petition is not maintainable and the petitioner has to approach the Hon’ble KAT. The same is not opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to approach the KAT under the provisions of Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985.
