2 These Writ Petitions coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 24.11.2018 seeking dismissal of the Writ Petitions as withdrawn.
Memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
This Court while issuing notice to the respondent directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.5,000/- towards costs.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cost has been deposited before this Court.
Now, in view of withdrawal of the Writ Petitions, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount.
Office is directed to release the said amount in favour of the respondent on proper identification.
