Today, when this matter is posted before the Court for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. On verification of the e-courts website of Principal City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, it is disclosed that the Misc.Petition No.318/2014 is disposed of on contest by allowing the petition. Hence, this petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
