Tharanath Poojari, Additional Government Advocate ) This WP(HC) is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent No.3 to produce the petitioner’s minor daughter by name Kum.Shridevi J., from the illegal confinement of respondent No.4 forthwith before this Hon’ble Court and to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondent No.3 for his inaction to trace and release the detenue on the complaint filed by the petitioner against the respondent No.4.

ORDER Petitioner seeks for a writ of habeas corpus for the production of his daughter Kum.Shridevi, who is aged about 15 years.
2. She is produced before the Court. On questioning, she submits that she will go along with the petitioner, namely, her father, who is also present in the Court.
3. In view of the submissions made, nothing survives for consideration.
4. Petition is disposed off.
