(By Sri.N.R.Naik, Advocate for C/R1) ... Petitioners ... Respondent This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash Ann-H dated 25.06.2014 in Execution No.99/2009 on the file of the Addl. Civil Judge [Jr.Dn.], Kadur as illegal and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Judgment Debtors in Ex.No.99/2009 on the file of the Additional Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.), Kadur, have come up in this Writ Petition impugning the interlocutory order dated 25.06.2014 passed in the said proceedings.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the proceedings in Ex.No.99/2009 is looked into in the e-courts website of Chickamagalur District. On going through the same, it is seen that Ex.No.99/2009 has already been closed by order dated 13.01.2016. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition as the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
