This writ petition coming on for preliminary hearing ‘B’ group this day, the court made the following:
ORDER This petition is filed impugning the order dated 18.01.2016 appointing the Administrator for the Management of Sri. Jaladurga Devi Temple, Peruvaje, Sullia Taluk.
2. Smt. H. C. Kavitha, the learned HCGP submits that managing committee for Sri. Jaladurga Devi Temple has been constituted on 10.01.2013 for a period of three years and management committee is managing the affairs of the said Temple without any complaint.
3. The Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to controvert the said submission.
Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
