This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents herein in threatening to demolish the petitioner property bearing municipal door Nos.21-2-503, 21-2-504 and 21-2-505, Mitti Ka Sher, Charkam, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary.
Counsel for the petitioner was absent on 23-07-2014 and the case is posted today. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. In consequence, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
