Anandh .H, Adv. for R1 and R2) …Respondents This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner and direct the respondents to declare the probationary period of the petitioner as early as possible and etc., This writ petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the court made the following:
ORDER Petitioner’s grievance is relating to declaration of probation and consequential benefits which has been addressed by the respondents while issuing the Official Memorandum dated 19.07.2019, which is placed on record along with the memo dated 20.07.2019.
2. In view of these developments, the present petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, if there is any adverse or petitioner’s service condition is affected.
