In this petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of order dated 10.04.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru during the pendency of the proceedings under Section 13(1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the main proceedings pending before the Family Court, Bengaluru itself have been concluded.
3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
