O R D E R Sri.Mohan Maiya, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.C.Jagadeesh, Special Counsel for the respondents.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2. In this writ petition, petitioner, inter alia, seeks a writ of certiorari for quashment of impugned notice dated 1.02.2014 contained in Annexure-K.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the controversy involved in this instant writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 13.02.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6479/2019.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the impugned notice dated 1.02.2014 is hereby quashed. However, liberty is granted to the respondents to take action against the petitioner, if so advised, in accordance with law.
Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
