ORDER The learned Government Pleader is directed to take notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the Respondent No.2-Assistant Commissioner, Ramanagara District to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 08.10.2015 effectively, for issuing computerized RTC to the land bearing Survey No.34 measuring 1 acre situated at Vajarahalli village, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagara Taluk and District, vide Annexure-A.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with Law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. The Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 08.10.2015 effectively, for issuing computerized RTC to the land bearing Survey No.34 measuring 1 acre situated at Vajarahalli village, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagara Taluk and District, vide Annexure-A therein in accordance with Law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The learned Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
