P Advocate for C/R2) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the order dated 30.03.2015 passed by the R-1 vide Annexure-A and Grant an interim order to stay the order dated 30.03.2015 passed by the R-1 vide Annexure- A and all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned order vide Annexure-A.
This Writ Petition coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R This petition is directed against order dated 30.03.2015 vide Annexure-‘A’ – order passed by R-1 under Section 14 of SARFEASI Act.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has filed memo dated 14.1.2019, stating that Bank has filed an original application before Debts Recovery Tribunal. The application is allowed by order dated 18.3.2017. Pursuant to that, the Bank has taken possession. In view of the subsequent development, writ petition does not survive for consideration.
3. Memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
