Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
Present petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 2.4.2018 issued by the respondent no. 2.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the controversy has already been decided in the year 1996. Admittedly, his objection against notice is pending.
Present petition is directed only against show cause notice. I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his objections before the authority concerned.
