THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent - State. Perused the records.
2. The records reveal that on 11.06.2019, petitioner was caught red-handed while transporting sandalwood logs from Pearl Polymers situated at Jigani Industrial area. At this stage, except FIR there are no other materials to consider whether the accused is not guilty of the alleged offence in order to consider the bail petition under Section 104D of the Karnataka Forest Act.
3. Under the above circumstances, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court immediately after the charge sheet is filed.
