Sri.V.Shivareddy, learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondents No.1 and 2.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2. In this writ petition, petitioner, inter alia, seeks the following reliefs:
a. Quash the order bearing No.Kand 51 Munaso 2013 dated 7.11.2013 (vide Annexure-C) and b. Consequentially direct appoint an Administrator forthwith to administer the affairs of the Karnataka Amateur Athletic Association as provided under S.27A of the KSR Act.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner be granted the liberty to submit a fresh representation with regard to his grievance to the Registrar under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 and the competent Authority may be directed to decide the representation which may be submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.
4. Leaned HCGP submits that in case if such an application is submitted, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission and the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation and that in case the petitioner submits a fresh representation with regard to his grievance, the competent Authority shall deal with the same by a speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of such representation.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
