Heard learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This revision has been filed against the impugned order dated 3.1.2004 passed by Special Judge D.A.A. Jhansi in Criminal Case No. 2/2004 (Har Narayan Vs. Raja Yadav and others) whereby an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was filed by the revisionist.
From perusal of record it transpires that the learned Judge has dismissed the impugned application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed by the revisionist because the matter related to the civil disputes and no cognizable offence was made out.
In view of above, I find no irregularity, impropriety or perversity in the impugned order.
