THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R This petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus in directing respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2017 vide Annexure-G, which is with reference to correction of mistakes that have crept in the revenue records, namely, mutation register and RTC.
2. Learned AGA, this day, submits that the said work is completed and a copy of the corrected revenue records is furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. The submission of the learned AGA is placed on record.
3. In the light of the aforesaid factual situation, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, it is disposed of as having become infructuous.
