2. Perused the petition. The petitioner has sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.614/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 148, 353 read with Section 149 of IPC.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Special Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 submits that the investigation was transferred to Hanumanthanagar Police Station and after investigation, the Police have submitted ‘B’ summary report before the jurisdictional Court.
His submission is placed on record. In view of the said submission, the petition does not survive for consideration. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
