O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the above writ petition has been filed seeking direction against the respondents to register the FIR in respect of the complaints dated 21.10.2014 and 3.11.2014 lodged by the petitioner. During the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents registered the FIR. Hence, the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
Memo is placed on record.
In view of the memo filed, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
