THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER This petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. seeking relaxation of the condition No.2 of the bail order dated 05.07.2017 passed by the trial Court in Crl.Misc.No.5184/2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides on condition No.2 imposed in the said bail order.
3. I have perused the grounds urged in the petition, so also, the bail order passed by the trial Court.
4. Perusing the conditions imposed by the trial Court, condition No.2 in the said bail order is not at all required. Therefore, the said condition can be relaxed. Hence, petition is allowed. Condition No.2 imposed in bail order dated 5.07.2017 passed in Crl.Misc.No.5184/2017 by the trial Court is ordered to be deleted.
