O R D E R Petitioner in his writ petition has made the following prayer:
“Issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioners letter dated 04.08.2015 which is at Annexure-C”.
2. The respondent having entered appearance through his panel counsel has filed a Memo dated 18.11.2019 seeking leave to produce the endorsement dated 03.09.2019 which is the result of consideration of petitioner’s aforesaid letter.
In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly is disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement if he so chooses. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
