The petitioner has sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.506/2012 registered for the offences punishable under sections 427, 506, 504, 447, 465 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
2. Learned SPP-II appearing for respondent No.2 – State submits that on completion of investigation, ‘B’ report is submitted before the jurisdictional Court on 02.08.2013.
3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
