O R D E R Learned AGA would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.04.2019 the Assistant Commissioner of Ramanagara has complied the earlier order of this Court dated 12.04.2019 in affixing his signature to the order which is already passed by the Tahsildar of Magadi.
2. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts the same.
3. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of as it does not survive for consideration.
