ORDER Mr.D.C.Deepak, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Mr.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
Smt.Shwetha Anand, learned counsel for respondent No.4.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the representation submitted by them shall be considered. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law if not already decided.
4. In view of the submissions made and in the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that suitable action on the representation submitted by the petitioners, if not already decided shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
