THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to take notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. Notice to respondent No.3 can wait.
3. In the meanwhile, when the prayer sought in the writ petition is looked in to, it would indicate that the petitioner herein is seeking mandamus to 2nd respondent to dispose of the proceedings bearing No.RRT(Dis)/367/2017 pursuant to order dated 9.1.2017 passed by the 1st respondent in proceedings bearing No.RRT(A)(s)/2/2015-16.
2. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent – Tahsildar, Sira Taluk, to dispose off the proceedings in No.RRT(Dis)/367/2017 at the earliest i.e., within 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within two weeks.
