ORDER The writ petition is disposed off as having been withdrawn, to enable the petitioner to file Civil Revision Petition in terms of memo filed.
The Registry is directed to return the impugned order to the petitioner, forthwith, after retaining a copy in the file.
It is needless to mention that the period spent in the prosecution of this petition shall be discounted while computing the period of limitation for filing the Civil Revision Petition/appeal as the case may be.
All contentions of the parties are kept open.
