O R D E R Shri Subramanya R., learned Advocate for petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to petitioner to file a fresh writ petition as against the order dated 01.01.2018 passed by the Director, Department of Mines and Geology, Bengaluru.
2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition against the said order, if he is so advised.
