THESE WRIT PETITIONS ARE FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS 1 TO 3 TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THE COMPLAINT DTD.13.06.2018 AND 14.06.2018 UNDER ANNEXURE- L AND M; AND ETC.
THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.R.P.Somashekharaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. The petitions are admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same are heard finally.
3. In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take immediate action on the complaint dated 13.06.2018 and 14.06.2018 under Annexures-L and M.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction that suitable action, if not already taken on the complaint submitted by the petitioners, shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. With regard to the other reliefs which have been claimed by the petitioners, the petitioners are at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to them under the law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of.
5. In view of the disposal of the writ petitions, the pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration and is accordingly disposed of.
