THESE PETITIONS COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.R.P.Somashekaraiah, learned counsel for the petitioners. Sri.V.Shivareddy, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondents 2 & 3.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondent No.1.
Petitions are admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In these petitions, petitioners inter alia has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to renew the pass port submitted by them by considering their reply dated 26.11.2018.
3. Taking into account the nature of the prayer made in the writ petitions and after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I deem it proper to issue direction to the Competent Authority for renewal of the pass port Nos.Z5164637, K1396627 and passport No.S6325367 vide Annexures M1, M2, M3 by considering his reply dated 26.11.2018 submitted by the petitioners vide Annexures M4, M5 And M6 respectively and thereafter pass a speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
It is made clear that the aforesaid order is passed without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim of the petitioners.
Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of.
