THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO CONSIDER THE CHECKLIST DTD: 13.12.2010 REPRESENTATION DTD:22.11.2011 AND 3.5.2017 FOR ISSUE OF PRORATE DEMAND CHARGES AND DEMAND NOTE TOWARDS SANITARY CONNECTION UNDER ANEEXURE-B TO DO RESPECTIVELY AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.Somashekaraiah R.P., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Kempanna, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider the checklist dated 13.12.2010 representation dated 22.11.2011 and 3.5.2017 for issue of prorate demand charges and demand note towards sanitary connection under Annexure-B to do respectively.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction that suitable action, if not already taken on the representations submitted by the petitioner, shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
