THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14323 of 2014 Between:
1. Sri Gunda Appanna and others PETITIONERS AND 1. The Government of A.P., Department of Home, rep. by its Principal Secretary, Secretariat Buildings, Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
Sri N. Gangadhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority under A.P. Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966.
Granting the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel, W.P.M.Ps., if any, shall stand closed.
